At Amicis, we want you to love your home as much as we do; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the home goods you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned décor, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
