How long will it take for my furniture to arrive?
Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-4 weeks for transit and professional assembly in your home.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Do you offer fabric swatches before I purchase?
Yes, we encourage you to feel the quality first. You can order up to five complimentary fabric or leather swatches through our 'Request a Swatch' page to ensure the color matches your space.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is core to Amicis. All our wooden furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber or reclaimed wood to ensure minimal environmental impact and long-lasting durability.
What payment methods do you accept?
